 Barbara is optimistic about this move. Working for the firm's Data Systems Group, she will be conducting some current market analysis (primarily in CA); potential market analysis (in other states); as well as promotional objectives and future market planning. Her first 1-3 months would be working on the business plan. Within 2-3 months, her skills will be specifically targeted for a specific sales growth plan, and/or she will function as an on-site consultant. She reports to the CEO. Her comments:

     "The company is based and managed within a 35 minute drive from my home. I am attracted to entering the software industry, and this company is an interesting route in. The medical/government angle may be a challenge, but there is an abundance of it in this region, so the learning will be valuable."

 About SET and its resources, Barbara had this to say:
